INVESTMENT OPTIONS

1 / Contribution to the Malta National Development and Social Fund
Make a non-refundable donation to the Malta National Development and Social Fund (NDSF). The cost depends on the number and the selection on the residence period route.

APPLICATION PROCESS
1 | Preliminary Consultation
Begin with an initial consultation with Chaucer Team to assess your background and immigration goal.
2 | Signing a Service Agreement
Signing the service agreement with Chaucer Team and to complete the onboarding process.
3 | Submission of Residency Application
Our team will assist the applicant to prepare all the documents and application forms required for the residency application and arrange file submission.
4 | Residence Cards Issuance
The Agency will carry out a Tier 1 due diligence and obtain initial police clearance. Once the clearance is approved, You are required to complete the biometric appointment in Malta, obtain the residence permit and to fulfill the minimum 14 days of residency within 1 year.
5 | Eligibility Stage
Our team will assist the applicant to prepare all the documents and application forms required for the Eligibility Application, which the eligibility application submission must be done within 12 months from the receipt of the residence permit.
6 | Due Diligence
The further due diligence checks will be made by the agency and presented to the relevant Maltese minister, who will decide on the applicant’s eligibility to apply for citizenship.
7 | Citizenship Application
After passing the eligibility test, the applicant can apply for citizenship following the completion of the minimum residency period (12 or 36 months).
8 | Final Approval
Once the final due diligence is cleared, the decision is made in writing and gives the applicant the right to get citizenship
9 | Fulfillment of The Investment
Following the receipt of the approval in principle, the successful applicant will then be required to fulfill the exceptional investment, donation and property investment requirements.
10 | Passport Issuance
Applicants will be invited to take the oath of allegiance in Malta and be presented with a Maltese certificate of naturalization. And the Malta Passport will then be issued.
